Guidance on meaning and purpose,
through every season of life
To tend : to give close, faithful attention to something living. To stay near. To return again and again, not to fix or force, but to notice, to adjust, to care.

Life can be fragile, confronting and disorienting. Big life events such as the loss of a loved one, a serious illness, burnout, or other challenges, can destabilize your sense of direction and meaning. Sometimes there is no clear cause and you simply find yourself feeling lost.
In case you are seeking one-on-one guidance, a space to grieve with others, or help honoring a significant moment through ritual, I am here to help. As a trained spiritual caretaker, I work with the deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and how you want to truly live.
Through my work, I aim to honor the inherent vulnerability of being alive. I believe this vulnerability can lead to profound suffering, but also often serves as the source of unexpected beauty.
Tending Life is a practice for mental and spiritual wellbeing.
I offer guidance through counseling, grief sessions
and rituals.

Tending Life carries a wider mission:
to bring more space for grief, meaning and ritual into society.
I am always open for collaboration with others who identify with this mission: including artists, researchers, activists, facilitators and healthcare workers.
