Tending Life is a practice for mental and spiritual wellbeing. Guidance is offered through counseling sessions, grief circles, and rituals.

Life can be fragile, confronting and disorienting. Big life events, such as the loss of a loved one, facing an illness, losing a job, getting a burn-out, or other challenges, can destabilize your sense of direction and meaning in life. Sometimes there is no clear cause and you still find yourself feeling lost.

What can help is someone who will truly listen. Not to diagnose or advise, but to receive what you are carrying without judgment, and sit with you in it for as long as it takes.

As a trained spiritual caretaker with a humanist background, I work with the whole of you — your story, your questions, your losses, your longings. I am trained to guide you gently toward deeper reflection, helping you uncover layers of meaning that can redirect your life.

What does this experience mean to me? How does it fit into my life story?

I do not come with a fixed framework or a predetermined destination. I follow what is alive in you, and I trust that meaning is there, even when it feels completely out of reach. Together we can explore what is truly meaningful for you and (re)define your purpose in life.
